Nala was one of the very first dogs we helped find a forever home. After waiting for the right family, she was adopted into a loving home with a big yard and new dog friends to play with. Seeing Nala happy, safe, and loved reminded us why rescue work matters so much.
Sheba came into our rescue needing a fresh start and a family to love her. After being cared for by Second Chance Paws, she found her forever home and was renamed Jenny. Her story is a beautiful reminder that every dog deserves a chance to be loved, wanted, and safe.
Spot was tagged from Smith County Animal Shelter and given the chance he needed. With love, care, and community support, he was adopted and now has a family of his own. Stories like Spot’s show how powerful it is when shelters, rescues, and adopters work together to save lives.
This year we’ve focused on pulling more dogs directly from Smith County Animal Shelter, providing medical care for dogs that needed extra help, and building reliable transport routes so dogs can reach fosters and forever homes faster.
Your support made it possible for us to say yes to dogs that would have otherwise stayed in the shelter system longer. Every step is tracked so we can keep improving and save more lives.
